Upon use, spawns 3 to 5 enemies. On the 2nd, 5th, 9th, 14th, 20th (and so on) use it opens to spawn a B, A, or S quality gun or item, with a 25% chance to instead damage the player — starting at one heart and rising by half a heart each time. Spawned guns and items increase curse by 1 when picked up, and it increases curse by 1 while held.
