Increases coolness by 2. When reloading, if the reload button is hit at the right time, the gun's damage is increased. Failing a reload resets the damage.
Ranked against the 229 guns in the Ammonomicon that list each stat; longer bars are better. Fire rate is the delay between shots, so lower is faster; lower reload and spread are better too. Guns with several forms or charge levels are ranked on their base figure. Stats come from the community wiki and may lag behind patches.
Increases Rad Gun's magazine size to 20, and decreases its reload speed, giving more time to hit the mark. Also grants 1.33 coolness, makes the skateboard pink, and turns the hat backwards.
